As they scale their data capabilities, they’re looking for a Data Scientist to join the team and help unlock audience insights, optimise user experiences, and support innovation across products and platforms.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a creative, data-rich environment where your models and insights directly shape what millions of viewers see and experience.

You’ll work alongside product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver impactful projects — from recommendation systems and engagement modelling to audience segmentation and A/B testing.

Your work will power smarter decisions and deliver more meaningful, personalised experiences to users across platforms.

Skills and Experience

• Proficient in Python and SQL, with experience working with large datasets

• Strong understanding of machine learning, statistics, and experimentation

• Experience with A/B testing, user behaviour analysis, or personalisation models

• Ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical teams

• Ideally experienced in a B2C, media, or product-led environment
