Analytics Manager
Salary: £90,000 - £100,000
Location: London - hybrid
Data Idols are working with one of the best-known retail brands in the UK. As an Analytics Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the company’s data-driven decision-making strategy. You will lead a team of analysts and work closely with stakeholders across the business to unlock insights and drive commercial value.
The Opportunity
They are looking for an Analytics Manager with a strong track record of managing high-performing analytics teams, driving insight delivery, and working closely with stakeholders to influence strategic decisions.
This is a hands-off role, but you’ll need to bring a strong analytical background and be confident engaging in technical conversations, understanding the challenges your team may face.
Skills and Experience
Strong stakeholder management
Proven experience delivering actionable insights to drive business outcomes
Experience managing analytics teams
Strong background in SQL and modern BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
